We offer mortgage services to our members through PHH Mortgage Services, a leader in the mortgage financing industry. The Credit Union will assist you with gathering information, selecting loan options to fit your needs, and getting to that final closing day.
For our members who already own their homes, we offer a variety of home equity and second mortgage loans to help with fixing-up to adding-on.
- a fixed rate second mortgage with a interest rate as low as 3.00% APY, or repayment terms as long as 12 years.
- A fixed rate home equity line-of credit loan for 6.75% APY* with a 36 month draw, and 108 months to pay back.

Signature loans
We serve our member's financial interests in a number of ways. One of them is by offering signature loans to our loyal members. We do not require any type of collateral for our Signature Loans, just your good name. First, you must have an existing open Share Savings Account. Share secured loans
NFG #2 serves your financial interests in a number of ways. One of them is by granting a Share Secured Loan to our loyal field of membership. This loan can be obtained by borrowing up to 100% of your current NFG #2 account balance. Your current account acts as collateral and isn't available for withdraw until you begin paying down the Share Secured Loan. First, you must have an existing open Share Savings Account. Once you have taken this step you are officially a member with NFG #2 FCU. Come in and talk to a Loan Officer about getting your Share Secured Loan!

- Financing terms up to 36 months for $10,000 or less
- Financing terms up to 60 months for over $10,000
- Interest rate is calculated as our current share dividend rate, plus 2%
